9.2 Command-line arguments

wxarc [options] [command <paths...>]

wxarc -open ~/downloads/sdk.zip # open at startup
wxarc --compress a.txt b/ # compression dialog, sources pre-filled
wxarc --extract pkg1.zip pkg2.7z # queued extraction (dialog)

9.3 Context-menu invocation contract

The file-manager extensions invoke:

  • “Extract with WxArc” → wxarc --extract <paths...> — opens the archives with the extract dialog; multiple selections queue up.
  • “Compress with WxArc” → wxarc --compress <paths...> — loads the sources into the file table and opens the New Archive dialog.

Scripts and automation can use the same two entry points.
